Grawwww Studio's services are aimed at businesses, professionals and self-employed people who contract for their business or professional activity. Published prices are stated excluding VAT. If you are contracting as a consumer, please tell us before contracting: we will apply the terms and rights that the law grants to consumers (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in distance contracts, under the terms of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

3. Terms of use

Access to and browsing of this site are free of charge and confer the status of user. The user undertakes to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice, and not to use it for unlawful activities or in a way that damages or overloads the site or prevents its normal use.

The information on this site is for information and commercial purposes. Prices stated as "from" are starting prices; the scope and price of each job are set out in a written proposal, which binds the parties once accepted. Nothing published on this site constitutes a binding offer on its own.

The examples and demonstrations (including those in the brands section) illustrate the type of work we do. Specific results depend on each client's material and needs.

4. Content generated with artificial intelligence

Images and videos labelled "demonstration" have been generated using artificial intelligence tools. The "grawwww" brand that appears in the fashion demonstrations, along with its products, prices, reviews and sample posts, are fictitious and are shown only as an example of our work; they do not correspond to a real shop or campaign. The person who appears in those images is an AI-generated image.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code and other elements of this site are owned by Óscar Bernárdez (Grawwww) or are used under the relevant licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996). Reproduction, distribution or modification for commercial purposes without written authorisation is prohibited. Short extracts may be quoted provided the source is stated and a link to this site is given.

Third-party trademarks and names that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only. Open-source code linked from this site is governed by the licence stated in its own repository.

This site may link to third-party pages (for example, GitHub). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them (art. 17 LSSI); if you become aware of a link that leads to unlawful content, write to us and we will review it.
